Canada Wide Immigration

Canada provides great opportunities for business people from around the world.  In very uncertain times, Canada has a strong banking system and is a world leader in safe banking practices.  We also boast an effective legal system, a strong economy and trade links across the world.

There are two application processes you may proceed with under the business class, (determined by your individual situation):

a) Simplified application process –Applies to most applicants, this provides you with a place in the application queue, ensuring you a place high in the queue.  The immigration regulations applicable at the time of your application will still apply when your application is reviewed even if regulations have changed.  The benefit of this is if the regulations become more stringent you then would be subject to more lax regulations (simplified process is not available for skilled workers)

b) Regular application process.  Though many apply under the simplified application process, if you do not meet the requirements, you can apply under the regular application process

3. Self employed
